Migration Genio v7 pour AstraZeneca

Dans le cadre de la pérennisation de son architecture, la DSI d'AstraZeneca a décidé la montée en version de son ETL Genio de la version 5 qui n'est plus supportée en V7. L'existant Genio est très conséquent et le client a souhaité conserver la maitrise d'œuvre de ce projet, en s'appuyant sur les ressources de son plateau de TMA décisionnelle. Toutefois, pour cadrer ce chantier, un expert Genio d'IDB a été missionné afin de définir une méthodologie et assister à la migration de deux projets pilotes dans l'environnement Genio V7. Par ailleurs, le consultant a effectué le coaching technique des équipes et actualisé le Guide de Bonnes Pratiques. Le projet pilote s'est terminé avec succès, charge désormais à l'équipe TMA Décisionnelle de gérer la suite du projet !
